By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. I am an independent creator based in Georgia and will make reasonable efforts to ship merchandise promptly and securely.

Orders are processed within 10 business days after payment clears. I will provide tracking information when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; if a shipment is delayed beyond the estimate, you may contact me for an updated timeframe or cancellation/refund. If an order is not shipped within a reasonable time after purchase, you may cancel for a full refund. This complies with the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requiring that promised delivery times be met or a refund offered.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight, destination, and carrier. You are responsible for any additional fees (such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees) for international shipments.

Once an item is transferred to the carrier and properly packaged, title and risk of loss transfer to you, but I will assist in filing claims for lost or damaged packages. I make reasonable efforts to package items securely. If an item arrives damaged or missing, contact me within 5 days with photos and order details so I can help resolve the issue.

If you receive merchandise you did not order, federal and Georgia law prohibits requiring payment for unordered goods; recipients have no obligation to pay for or return such items.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Georgia addresses where required by state law, including tax on tangible goods and related shipping charges. You are responsible for sales/use tax on orders shipped to other states if applicable and for reporting or paying use tax where required.

If an order cannot be delivered as agreed (wrong address, carrier return, etc.), you may be charged additional shipping or a restocking fee, or the order may be canceled and refunded minus actual shipping costs.
