Refund Policy - the basics

This website is operated by an independent creator. All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be honored.

Approved damaged-item claims may result in either a replacement or a refund at the sole discretion of the website owner. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, improper handling, or shipping address errors provided by the customer are not eligible.

Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, but reasonable assistance will be provided in filing claims when applicable.

Digital products, downloadable content, and digital comic files are non-refundable once delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the terms of this policy.
